May 31, 2022

Newly-crowned Serie A TIM champions AC Milan have signed a regional partnership deal with online wagering and casino provider Betsson, covering Latin America.

As per the deal, Betsson will receive exclusive access to use the Italian champions’ intellectual assets in Latin America. The agreement also consists of a complete content calendar to help AC Milan connect with their Latin American fans directly. Betsson will also have brand exposure on the outer lighting of the AC Milan stadium, the San Siro.

Speaking about the deal, Andrea Rossi, Commercial Director for South America at Betsson Group, commented:

“The exclusive partnership with AC Milan in LatAm strengthens our expansion drive in the region and allows us to broaden our content offering and collaborate with an innovation-oriented club.

“Our shared goal is to offer a more modern and engaging storytelling of sports, creating high-quality entertainment for the Rossoneri (AC Milan) fans in South America.”

Casper Stylsvig, AC Milan’s Chief Revenue Officer, added:

“Joining hands with Betsson helps us move closer to our local fanbase of over 75 million people.

“Latin America is a very special market for AC Milan and one where we truly feel the passion for the Rossoneri colours, so we could not be more excited to kick off this partnership.”
