WinZO Sports - Owned by TicTok Skill Games Pvt. Ltd., the Indian online social gaming platform was announced as a Principal Sponsor of the KKR in March 2022 as part of a long-term agreement. Putting the WinZO logo at the front and centre of the KKR matchday shirt, the partnership not only grants branding rights to the gaming platform but also entails the Knight Riders interacting with the WinZO users across various social media platforms. Unacademy - The Bangalore-based Indian online education platform joined the KKR sponsorship portfolio as an Official Sponsor ahead of IPL 2021. Ahead of IPL 2022, Unacademy’s partnership with the KKR was upgraded as the former was made a Principal Sponsor of the IPL franchise.

Hero Vired announced as Delhi Capitals official edtech partner The Delhi Capitals have announced an agreement with Hero Group’s e-learning company, Hero Vired, making it their official edtech partner. As part of the deal, Hero Vired will associate itself with the IPL team for a one-year period. On this partnership, Vinod Bisht, Interim CEO of Delhi Capitals said: “We, at Delhi Capitals, are constantly learning on and off the pitch to enhance our performance and stay ahead of the competition. So, we sincerely support Hero Vired’s mission to re-imagine learning in a refreshing and innovative way. I am confident that through their support we will elevate our learning experience and prepare better for the upcoming season of the IPL.” Hero Vired’s deal with the Delhi Capitals is the company’s second partnership in the sports industry, given it is also the official partner of LaLiga in India. Hero Group also has a history of having sponsorship ties in the sports industry, previously having partnered with the Cricket World Cup, the Indian Tremendous League, and the Pro Kabaddi League. While talking about the deal, Akshay Munjal, Founder and CEO of Hero Vired, said: “People worship cricket in India, and all fans and our learners are enthusiastically looking forward to the IPL. At Hero Vired, we believe sports complement academic learning and help individuals evolve as well-rounded professionals by inculcating discipline, team spirit, tolerance, and patience among the youth. Apollo Steel Tubes The Ghaziabad-headquartered steel tubes manufacturer serves as a Principal Sponsor to DC since IPL 2019. It held principal back-of-shirt sponsorship on the team's matchday kit in 2019, but since 2020 has its logo branded at the front, on the top left. OctaFX The London-based online forex broker initially joined the DC as their Official Trading Partner ahead of the 2021 IPL. OctaFX is the exclusive sponsor for all of the digital content the team produce for their in-house channel, DCTV. In February 2022, the DC extended their partnership with Octa, making it one of their Principal Sponsors for IPL 2022. The Octa logo, thus, features on the back of the DC matchday shirt. Reliance Jio The Mumbai-based Indian telecom giant has maintained a sponsorship deal with all eight teams across the IPL since the 2018 season. For the DC, Jio's logo can be seen on the sleeves of the team's matchday shirt.
