Sonata Software teams up with Mumbai Indians for Women's Premier League 2023

Leading modernisation and digital engineering firm Sonata Software has been announced as an Associate Partner of the Women's Premier League (WPL) team Mumbai Indians ahead of the inaugural WPL 2023 season. The partnership will have the Sonata Software logo present on the player kits. Balaji Kumar, Chief Human Resource Officer, Sonata Software Limited, commented, "It is indeed a matter of pride for us to be associated with Mumbai Indians and the Women's T20 league. EaseMyTrip signs with Capri Global Holdings for Women's Premier League partnership

Online travel platform and marketplace EaseMyTrip have announced a multi-year deal with Women's Premier League UP Warriorz's owner, Capri Global Holding. The partnership is for a length of five-years. The inaugural season of the Women's Premier League gets underway from March 4, 2023 and the 5 team tournament will last till March 26, 2023. The UP Warriorz have Australian Alyssa Healy leading the team in the inaugural season and the team will kick off their campaign on March 5 against Gujarat Giants. The left-handed India batter, Smriti Mandhana was signed in the recent auction held in Mumbai for INR 3.40 crore, the highest price for a player in the WPL auction. ICC extends Sky Sports deal

Sky Sports has inked a long-term partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC) which will see Sky broadcast all World Cup matches in the UK and Ireland till 2031. The eight year partnership which sees Sky retain the ICC broadcast and digital rights for both men's and women's events, will get underway from 2024. ICC recently has seen record viewership in the UK with the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2019 recording a stunning 8.8 million viewers, which is the highest ever UK television viewership number.
