Sacramento Kings Sponsors 2021-2022

The Sacramento Kings, based in Sacramento, California, compete in the NBA as a member of the Western Conference Pacific. The Kings became a member of the NBA in 1945. 

According to Forbes 2021, the Kings are estimated to be having a net worth of US$1.83 billion.

The telecommunication industry giant has its 5G spread across 60 NBA arenas, having in place multi-year agreements with 15 NBA franchises, the Sacramento Kings being one of them. The company’s 5G Ultra Wideband network enables the franchises to provide their fans with more immersive experiences and allow arenas to use next-gen solutions for operational purposes around public safety, access, concessions, and crowd management.

Official Cybersecurity Partner: Acronis

In May 2021, the Sacramento Kings announced a partnership with Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, as their official cyber protection partner — a partnership that was supported by Executech. 

Through this partnership, Acronis provides the Sacramento Kings with innovative, AI-driven cyber protection solutions designed to safeguard data and optimise data workflows which improve the team’s performance both on and off the court.

The NBA franchise uses the ‘Acronis Cyber Protect’, which provides them with increased automation and productivity, including cloud enhancements, backup reports, antivirus and antimalware protection.

As part of the partnership, Acronis and Executech serve as the main jersey sponsors for Kings Guard gaming, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings. In addition to jersey sponsorship, fans can also see Acronis and Executech branding appear during Kings Guard Gaming home matches and in conjunction with social media content. Acronis and Executech were also the presenting partners of the Sacramento Kings Training Camp in Fall 2021.

Official Jersey Sponsor: Dialpad

In September 2021, the Sacramento Kings announced a multi-year partnership with Dialpad, a San Francisco-based business communications company, naming it as their official jersey patch sponsor. The aim of the partnership is to bridge the digital divide and co-develop community programmes that empower the next generation with technology and learning. 

As the Official Communications Provider of the Sacramento Kings, Dialpad offers a suite of products that includes voice, video meetings, messaging, and contact centre technology, enabling organisations to stay connected from anywhere in the world. Through this partnership, Dialpad and the Kings also deeply invest in the Sacramento community and support groups that are committed to closing the digital divide and removing barriers.

Official Blockchain Partner: Ankr

In October 2021, the Sacramento Kings and Ankr, a leader in the digital-asset space as a software platform and decentralised infrastructure provider, announced an official multi-year partnership which established from their mutual vision of the future of sports and blockchain as a technology.

As part of the partnership, the Kings home court carries Ankr’s branding on each baseline, with the branding also appearing on on-court signage to raise awareness of Web3 innovations. 

Through this partnership, the Kings and Ankr also produce educational content, host events and create innovative projects that showcase ways to support the growth of the blockchain industry.
