Sportsbet.io – The Tallinn, Estonia-based crypto-friendly sports betting platform signed a three-year front-of-shirt sponsorship deal with Watford for their matchday and training wear in June 2019. The two expanded on this deal in September of that year to also include sleeve sponsorship, which saw Bitcoin’s (arguably the most famous cryptocurrency) logo emblazoned on the left sleeves of the Watford players’ matchday shirts.

 

Kelme – The Elche-headquartered Spanish sportswear brand signed a four-year kit sponsorship deal reportedly worth £10m a year with the Hornets in May 2020. The Kelme deal replaced the £750k-a-year contract the club had with Adidas, who served as the official kit supplier for the previous three years.

 

Football Manager – Football Manager (FM) is an annually released football management simulator. It’s a game jointly developed by SEGA (Shinagawa, Tokyo-headquartered Japanese video game developer and publisher) and Sports Interactive (London-headquartered British video game developer).
FM is a long-time partner of Watford Football Club. It served as their front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2012-13 season and the back-of-shirt sponsor for the season after. The two parties last renewed their partnership in August 2016 to give FM extensive branding across the club’s home ground (Vicarage Road) and Watford Football Club Training Ground.
FM holds exclusive rights to feature Watford’s licensing, including real crest, kits and player images in its annual release. Watford’s coaching and scouting staff gets premium access to FM’s extensive player database.
Miles Jacobson (OBE), Sports Interactive’s Studio Director, is a lifelong Watford supporter.

 

American Airlines – The Fort Worth, Texas-headquartered American airline became a second-tier sponsor of the club in February 2020 in a deal reportedly worth £250,000. Apart from granting the airline branding rights across Watford’s assets, the deal also sees Watford’s content made available for American Airline’s in-flight offerings – both entertainment systems and magazines.

 

SA Law – The Herefordshire-based legal firm’s association with the club dates back to 2009. It currently serves the Hornets as their Official Legal Partner and Solicitor.

UK Dental Specialists – The St. Albans-based dental clinic serves as the Official Club Dental Partner to Watford.

 

AFEX – The Los Angeles-based global payment and foreign exchange risk management solutions provider joined as an official partner of the club ahead of the 2019-20 season, providing support over international transactions. The two parties later expanded their partnership in September 2020, ahead of the 2020-21 season, to also include back-of-shirt sponsorship for Watford’s matchday shirt.

 

Hastage Sport – Hashtage Sports is an Asia-dedicated digital marketing agency with headquarters in Birmingham, UK and Guangzhou, China. It partnered up with Watford in December 2020 to serve as their Commercial and Social Media partner in Greater China, helping the club grow their brand in the Chinese market.

 

UCFB (University Campus of Football Business) – The 2011-established, UK-based Higher Education institution for football business, sport and events industries partnered up with Watford as their official higher education partner in November 2020.

 

PACAIR – PACAIR is an Air Conditioning systems and solutions provider headquartered in Hertfordshire that serves as an official supporter to Watford.

 

iPRO Hydrate – The Sidcup-headquartered British sports drink and hydration expert serves as the Official Hydration Drink and Wellness Partner to Watford since October 2020. The deal is currently set to run until 2023.

RecoverMe – Based in Sheffield, RecoverMe is a platform that uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people with gambling problems. It serves as an official partner of Watford since February 2021 to spread awareness regarding gambling addiction and subsequent treatment options.

 

Alan Day Motor Group – Alan Day Motor Group is a car dealership for Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Škoda vehicles. Based in London, the dealership serves as an official sponsor to Watford, with the deal seeing the club supplied with commercial vehicles for transportation of kits and equipment. The deal covers both senior sides of the club – men’s and women’s.
