Rachael Haynes, Head of the Sydney Sixers, commented:

We’re pleased to partner with Lite n’ Easy as our Official Nutrition Partner for the season ahead. One of the biggest struggles that professional athletes face is time poorness. Often athletes are juggling training and playing with study, raising families and a host of other responsibilities so the ability to reduce meal preparation time throughout the season is a great help for our players.

For our athletes to have meals that are both healthy and easily accessible – whether they’re at home or on the road – is terrific.

Nathan Hayman, CEO, Lite n’ Easy, added:

Lite n’ Easy are proud to support the Sydney Sixers in 2023/24 as their Official Nutrition Partner. By delivering 2000 healthy and delicious meals to the club’s W/BBL squads, Lite n’ Easy is helping to remove some of the barriers of being a professional athlete by eliminating meal preparation time and putting their health and well-being first.

Ashleigh Jones, Senior Dietitian, Lite n’ Easy, added:

Lite n’ Easy can now deliver a range of meal solutions that provide a healthy foundation for a performance diet. Designed by dietitians and prepared by chefs, the meals not only taste great, but they also contain more than 30g of protein, a nutrient essential for muscle growth and recovery from training.

The team continually goes above and beyond to ensure our meals are as delicious as they are healthy. Everything is made using the highest quality ingredients, and it’s all perfectly portioned and nutritionally balanced.
