United States national football team sponsors 2023

This article contains information regarding the organisations enjoying a strong branding presence across the US men’s and/or women’s national football teams’—commonly referred to as the USMNT and the USWNT, respectively—physical and digital assets as sponsors and partners of the United States Soccer Federation.

Presenting Partner

Volkswagen

German Automobile company Volkswagen was announced as the presenting automotive sponsor of US Soccer in January 2019 on a three-year deal. All USSF-affiliated national teams, including the USMNT and the USWNT, all youth teams, the para seven-a-side team, the beach and futsal teams, as well as the US Soccer Development Academy, wear training shirts with Volkswagen branding as part of the historic relationship.

In November 2022, Volkswagen and US Soccer announced the signing of a multi-year partnership deal set to run until the end of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Official Apparel

Nike

Nike is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories and services. It is the world’s largest athletic footwear and apparel manufacturer in the world. It has been US Soccer’s official kit supplier since 1995.

In November 2021, Nike and US Soccer announced the signing of a historic ten-year contract extension starting 2022. As per reports, this is the longest, most lucrative deal signed by the apparel giant. As per the deal, Nike will continue as the official kit and equipment supplier to US Soccer until 2032. 

Official Sponsors

Allstate

The Allstate Corporation is an American insurer with its headquarters in Northfield Township, Illinois. Allstate and US Soccer first announced their association following the USWNT winning the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

In November 2022, the two announced the signing of a multi-year extension deal, as per which Allstate serves as the title partner during “Top-Tier” USMNT and USWNT games, in addition to serving as the presenting sponsor of the US Soccer Development Academy.

Chipotle 

US Soccer announced a multi-year renewal of its agreement with American fast-food chain Chipotle Mexican Grill in June 2022, maintaining the strategic alliance that was first established in 2020 and made Chipotle the official Mexican restaurant of the USMNT and the USWNT.

As part of the agreement, Chipotle continues to serve as the presenting sponsor of US Soccer’s annual Young Female of the Year and Young Male of the Year awards. 

AT&T

Founded in 1878 as the American Telephone and Telegraph Company, AT&T is an American multinational telecommunications company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It is the world’s third-largest telecommunications company by revenue and the third-largest provider of mobile telephone services in the US.

AT&T and US Soccer have been partners since 2013. In 2023, the duo agreed on a multi-year partnership agreement set to run till 2026. As per the terms of the deal, AT&T continues to be the official wireless carrier of US Soccer and its national teams. 

Deloitte

Deloitte, a London-based international consultancy and services firm, was announced as the official professional services provider to the US national football teams (both men’s and women’s across senior and youth setups) in April 2022.

Deloitte also serves as the Official Professional Services Provider to US Soccer as well as the Foundational Sponsor to SheBelieves.

BioSteel

A 2009-founded sports nutrition company, BioSteel is a Canadian company that provides dietary supplement products for athletes and exercise enthusiasts.

In February 2021, BioSteel and US Soccer announced a multi-year partnership, which covered the US national football teams (both men’s and women’s across senior and youth setups) as well the Extended national teams of US Soccer.

As part of the deal, BioSteel provides its products to the players in training, locker rooms, camps and sidelines during matchdays. BioSteel is set to serve as the official sports drink to all USSF-affiliated national teams until 2025.

GoGo squeeZ

In March 2019, GoGo squeeZ, a producer of squeezable snack pouches, and US Soccer jointly announced the signing of a three-year partnership deal that made GoGo squeeZ the Official Fruit Snack of the US men’s and women’s national football teams. 

In January 2021, GoGo Squeez and US Soccer signed a contract extension set to run until 2023. As per the deal, GoGo squeeZ fruit pouches and other snacks are given out to spectators during USMNT and USWNT games as well as during US Soccer Development Academy activities. GoGo squeeZ is also the first-ever official sponsor of the Ball Kids, who serve as sideline security at all USSF-affiliated games.

Budweiser

Introduced in 1876, Budweiser is an American-style pale lager brand of Belgian company AB InBev. It is the largest selling beer company in the US.

The deal between Budweiser and US Soccer, first signed in 1987, is the longest strategic partnership in US football history. 

In 2022, Budweiser and US Soccer jointly announced the signing of an extension deal that runs through 2026. As per the deal, Budweiser continues to be the official beer sponsor of the US men’s and women’s national football teams as well as the US Adult Soccer Association National Amateur Cup Celebration and the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. Budweiser also holds the rights to host official “kick-off parties” on the nights before international matches, while Anheuser Busch continues to serve as the title sponsor to the player of the match awards during USSF-affiliated international fixtures.

Visa

Visa is an American multinational financial services corporation headquartered in San Francisco, California. It facilitates electronic payments between banks worldwide and is the world’s largest payments processor by volume.

In 2019, Visa and US Soccer announced the signing of a five-year partnership deal, which made Visa the official payment services partner of US Soccer and the title sponsor of the SheBelieves Cup. The deal is reportedly worth US$20 million per year. 

In July 2023, Visa and US Soccer announced another multi-year partnership extension agreement, which entailed Visa continuing as the Exclusive Payment Services Partner of both the US men’s and women’s national football teams until 2028 apart from new fan engagement activities and bolstered support for US women’s football.

Hyperice

Hyperice is an American recovery and movement enhancement technology company that specialises in vibration, percussion and thermal technology. Its technology is used by athletes in professional and collegiate training rooms and fitness facilities globally.

In April 2021, Hyperice and US Soccer announced the signing of a multi-year partnership deal. As per the terms of the deal, Hyperice serves as the official recovery technology partner to US Soccer and its national teams.

Coca-Cola

Founded in 1892, Coca-Cola is an American multinational beverage company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. It is the world’s largest beverage company, with over 500 brands sold in more than 200 countries.

In July 2023, Coca-Cola and US Soccer signed a ten-year extension agreement for their long-standing partnership, making it the second-largest sponsorship deal of US Soccer after Nike. As per the deal, Coca-Cola serves as the official soft drink to US Soccer and its national teams.

Official Suppliers

KT Tape

KT Tape is an American company that manufactures and distributes kinesiology tape, a type of elastic tape that is used to support muscles and joints. Founded in 2008, KT Tape is a privately-held company owned by its parent company, KT Health.

KT Tape and US Soccer have been partners since 2014. Since then, their partnership has seen two contract renewals, the most recent one signed in 2022 — a three-year deal set to run until 2025. As per the deal, KT Tape serves as the official kinesiology tape supplier to US Soccer and its national teams. 

Kwik Goal

Founded in 1988, Kwik Goal is an American company that designs and manufactures football goalposts, training equipment and other related products. Kwik Goal and US Soccer have been working together since 2013.

After a five-year deal, which ran from 2015 to 2020 and was reportedly worth US$20 million per year, ran out at the end of 2020, a contract renewal was not signed officially, though Kwik Goal continued its support for US Soccer.

In March 2022, a four-year contract renewal agreement was officially signed by the two parties that would run until 2026 and see Kwik Goal continue to be the official goal and field equipment supplier to US Soccer.

Headspace

Headspace is an English-American online company that offers a variety of guided meditations, courses and mindfulness exercises on subjects such as stress, general anxiety, worry, building resilience and more.

The California-based company and US Soccer have been working together since 2019, having initially signed a three-year partnership deal that ran out at the end of 2022. In April 2023, the two announced a new three-year deal set to see Headspace continue as the official mindfulness app of US Soccer until 2025.
