Newcastle United Sponsors 2022-23

October 11, 2022

This article contains information regarding the organisations enjoying a strong branding presence across Newcastle United’s physical and digital assets for the 2022-23 Premier League season.

Fun88

Chinese sports betting firm Fun88 has been Newcastle United’s principal kit sponsor since 2017 — a deal that has seen Fun88’s logo emblazoned at the front of their matchday and training kits. The two last renewed their partnership in a ‘long-term’ agreement in July 2020 in a deal reportedly worth £6.5m annually.

Castore

The Liverpool-headquartered British sportswear brand became the club’s new kit supplier in July 2021, replacing German rival brand Puma that had been supplying Newcastle United kits for the previous eleven years.

Reportedly worth £5m per year, the ‘multi-year’ deal not only sees Castore design the various matchday and training kits for the club, it also sees the sportswear brand handle the e-commerce operations at the club. This includes refurbishment of Newcastle’s physical and online stores as well as increased merchandising opportunities.

Noon.com

Based in Dubai, Noon.com is a digital marketplace dedicated to local businesses in the Middle East. The platform was announced as Newcastle United’s official matchday-shirt-sleeve sponsor for the 2022-23 season in June 2022.

The deal also makes official Newcastle United kits available on Noon.com, including the option of personalisation.

Carling

Carling brewery signed an initial four-year agreement with Newcastle United as their official beer partner in a £3m deal in June 2007. Fifteen years later, the deal still stands.

As part of the deal, Carling holds pouring rights inside St. James’ Park.

Monster Energy

The American energy drink brand was announced as the Official Energy Drink Partner of the club in a multi-year deal in November 2022. The press release made available at the club’s official website dictated that the deal would see Monster Energy gain “digital presence at St. James’ Park”.

Parimatch

The Limassol-based sports betting company signed a “media rights” deal with the club in September 2022.

eToro

The Israeli social trading and multi-asset brokerage company was announced as an official partner of Newcastle United in August 2021.

BoyleSports

Headquartered in Dundalk, Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker BoyleSports was announced as the club’s “UK & Ireland Betting Partner” in August 2021 on a two-year deal.

Apart from branding rights, the deal sees the two parties work on several fan engagement activities, including activations, competitions and experiences for supporters over 18 years of age, as well as matchday-based exclusive offers and promotions.

Dr. Cinik Hair Hospital

The Istanbul-based hair transplant clinic was announced as an official partner of Newcastle United in September 2022.

Apart from branding rights, the deal entails a co-branded series titled Hair-Raising Moments that features “exciting videos” of the Magpies’ memorable on-pitch moments from the past. Dr. Cinik also offers the club supporters competitions and discounts on its services.

TOMKET

The Prague-headquartered Czech tyre manufacturer was announced as an official partner of the club in September 2021. Apart from branding rights, the deal entails Tomket offering Newcastle fans “VIP competitions and promotional offers”.

In September 2022, the two parties renewed their partnership, with Tomket continuing to provide exclusive offers to the Newcastle fans while also sponsoring the club’s official heat map graphics.

Pulman Volkswagen

The North-Eastern British car dealership for Volkswagen vehicles serves as the Official Vehicle Partner to Newcastle United. Pulman first became the club’s official car supplier in December 2009 before being promoted to Platinum Partnership in November 2015.

Cybit

The Newcastle-headquartered IT solutions provider was handed a six-figure IT support contract by Newcastle United for their entire IT infrastructure in March 2022 as part of a “multi-year” agreement.

Energy Impact

Essex-based Energy Impact is an energy-saving solutions provider that serves as an Associate Partner to Newcastle United. Since 2008, the two have worked together to regulate the carbon emissions generated by the operations at the club stadium in order to improve United’s score as a green energy “world champion”. Newcastle United were awarded the Carbon Trust Standard award in 2012 for being the world’s first ever “carbon positive” football club.

Sportsbreaks.com

The Manchester-based sports travel company became the official travel supplier of NUFC and the front-of-shirt sponsor for their senior women’s team’s training kit in October 2022.

As per the deal, Sportsbreaks.com offers “Match Break” packages that include an official ticket and a choice of overnight accommodation for home matches covering all tournaments NUFC compete in. The company also takes care of the club’s business travel requirements.

Straightline

The Newcastle upon Tyne-headquartered British construction firm was announced as the front-of-matchday-shirt sponsor of Newcastle United’s senior women’s team in August 2022 in a deal set to cover the entirety of the 2022-23 season.
