Batra signed an endorsement deal with German sportswear giant Adidas "to empower women and enable them to see possibilities in the world of sports". Penned in February 2022, the deal is aimed at driving credibility and inclusivity in sports, further fanning the aspirations of upcoming women sports persons across the country. Owing to her ‘Impossible Is Nothing’ attitude, Manika is now a part of Adidas’ rich roster of women athletes, which consists of some outstanding sportswomen in their respective fields such as Mirabai Chanu, Lovlina Borgohain, Hima Das and Nikhat Zareen. In a move to encourage and support women at the Olympics, Mia by Tanishq, one of India's most fashionable jewellery brands, chose to partner with athletes like Manika Batra, Deepika Kumari, Pooja Rani, Navjot Kaur and Rani Rampal ahead of the Tokyo Olympics. Manika was seen wearing an M-shaped gold pendant from 'The Initial Edit' collection, earrings from the 'Kiss of Spring' collection and a statement piece from 'Solitaires Necklaces'.
