In this episode of Ladies in the Lead, we host Sharba Tasneem, a sport management graduate and one of the early associates at Meraki Sport and Entertainment Pvt Ltd — one of India’s leading fully-integrated sport marketing & consulting firms.

Sharba’s expertise in sports management and marketing has helped her deliver several successful projects for the organisation, including India’s largest cyclothon, Pedal, IFSC Sport Climbing World Cup and marketing services for the Kolkata Knight Riders, to name a few. She currently works at the company as “Business Head — Talent and Programmes”, managing the office of Rahul Dravid and a roster of 15 athletes, including Dipa Karmakar, Rohan Bopanna, Srihari and Sreeja Akula.
