Asian Football Confederation (AFC) partners with Visa for Asian Cups in Saudi Arabia

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has announced a partnership with global payments corporation Visa, bringing it on board as an Official Global Supporter for the 2027 AFC Asian Cup and the 2026 AFC U23 Asian Cup, both of which are set to be held in Saudi Arabia.

Visa will work with the Asian football–governing body on various fan experiences during the 2027 Asian Cup, which will include official coin toss ceremonies at selected matches, player escort programmes for young fans, and curated digital content.

Additionally, Visa customers and partners will have access to exclusive opportunities for an “unparalleled access to the heart of the tournament.”
