This article contains information regarding the organisations enjoying a strong branding presence across the assets of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) as the official sponsors and partners for its 2024 season.

Title Sponsor

Republic Bank

Republic Bank is the largest financial institution in the English-speaking Caribbean. It has served as the Official Banking Partner of the CPL since 2015.

In 2023, Republic Bank signed a new three-year deal with the CPL to become its title sponsor. It has since also acted as an official sponsor of the Women’s Caribbean Premier League.

As per the deal, Republic Bank has extended its operations in fourteen territories, including CPL franchise countries: Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia, and St Kitts and Nevis.

Official Sponsors

Caribbean Airlines

Caribbean Airlines is a state-owned flag carrier of Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica. It is headquartered in Iere House in Piarco and operates flights from the Caribbean, North America, and South America.

Caribbean Airlines acts as an official sponsor of the CPL. As per the deal, its responsibilities include transporting the participating teams to and from matches in Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Barbados, and Grenada. It also increases the flight frequency during a CPL season to allow fans to travel for the games.

FedEx

The US multinational logistics, e-commerce, and business conglomerate signed a three-year sponsorship agreement with the CPL in 2022, thus becoming its Official Courier and Express Delivery Service. 

As per the deal, FedEx works with the CPL to ensure the movement of the tournament equipment around the Caribbean: Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Jamaica, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, and Barbados. 

In addition to providing transportation services, FedEx also works with the league on improving fan experience. FedEx sponsors the “[FedEx] Fastest Deliveries”, which features a speed gun on the TV coverage to apprise the viewers of the bowlers’ speeds.

Torginol

Torginol is a paint manufacturer based in Guyana. The CPL announced it as its Official Paint on a three-year deal in 2022.

As per the agreement, Torginol has carried out several fan-engagement activities for promotion of its products in conjunction with the CPL, also offering experiences to the fans, like face-painting for supporters at the group games and finals in Guyana.

For the 2024 CPL season, Torginol launched the “Name that Shade” campaign for the fans to guess the shade and win CPL tickets.

LASCO

LASCO is a Jamaica-based food and beverages company with nutrition and health as the prime idea behind its products.  

LASCO was announced as the Official Food Drink and Nutrition Sponsor of the CPL in 2022 as part of a three-year sponsorship agreement. 

Rubis 

Rubis is an international company based out of France that specialises in the storage, distribution, and sale of Petroleum products. It is the largest distributor of petroleum products across the Caribbean. 

Rubis also acts as an official sponsor of the CPL. It sponsors “Longest Sixes” segment for the league’s TV broadcasts, while also offering exclusive deals to consumers and fans.

DanSteel

DanSteel, one of the largest hardware wholesalers in the Caribbean, is also an official sponsor of the CPL.

DanSteel joined hands with the CPL ahead of its 2024 season to launched the “People Who Care” initiative, focused at making CPL matches easily accessible for differently-abled fans.

KFC 

KFC is an American multinational fast-food restaurant chain specialising in fried chicken and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. It first partnered with the CPL in 2018, coming on board as an official sponsor. 

For the 2024 season, the CPL and KFC Guyana partnered to introduce unique treats for fans at the CPL games.

TCL

TCL is a Chinese partially-state-owned company that manufactures and sells consumer electronic products. It, in collaboration with Courts, one of largest electronic retailers in the Caribbean, acts as an official sponsor of the CPL.

TCL and Courts organise unique fan experiences to promote the league, one of which pitted fans against the league’s players, putting their cricketing knowledge to test in exchange for exclusive prizes.

Omega XL

Omega XL is a health supplement product created by Great Health Works, Inc. It has acted as the official supplement of the CPL since its 2020 edition.

Tezo

Tezo is an Indian software development company based out of Hyderabad that provides IT services to various organisations. It has offices in the US, India, and Trinidad & Tobago.

Tezo acts as an official sponsor of the CPL and assists the league by developing its official digital platforms. It also sponsors the “[Tezo] Insights” segment for the league’s TV audience.

Samsung 

Samsung is a South Korean multinational major appliance and consumer electronics corporation. The Suwon-headquartered company also acts as an official sponsor of the CPL.

Official Partners

Digicel 

Digicel is a mobile phone network and home entertainment provider based in Jamaica. It has been associated with the CPL since its inaugural season in 2013.

Digicel has also been sponsoring the West Indies cricket teams since 2004.

BetBarter 

BetBarter is a sports betting and online casino company that acts as the official betting partner of the CPL. It is also the exclusive sponsor of the coin toss ahead of every league game.

El Dorado Rum

El Dorado Rum is an alcoholic drink created by the Demerara Distilleries, based in Guyana.

El Dorado Rum has been an official partner of the CPL since its inaugural edition, having sponsored the “Catch of the Match” award.

In August 2024, Demerara Distilleries released a special-edition blend of El Dorado Rum to celebrate its 12th year as the CPL’s official spirit.

Dream11 

Dream11 is an Indian fantasy sports platform that also acts as an official CPL sponsor.

Dream11 allows its users to play fantasy cricket by creating teams of real-life players and competing in contests based on the players’ performance in real matches.

Visa

Visa is an American multinational payment card services corporation based in San Francisco, California. It facilitates digital fund transfers throughout the world. 

Visa also acts as an official partner of the CPL and provides offers on the league’s match tickets from time to time.

Guardian Group

Guardian Group is the largest investment and financial services organisation in the English and Dutch Caribbean. It signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the CPL in 2023.

As part of the partnership with the CPL, Guardian Group gives away thousands of match tickets to school children in the region.

Carib 

Carib is a brewery headquartered in Trinidad & Tobago. Its products include Carib and Stag beers.

Carib is the official beer of the CPL. Over the years, it has worked with the tournament’s marketing and sponsorship team to deliver fan-centred events around the various stadia in the CPL.

Skyfair

Skyfair is a sports betting and online casino platform. It became an official sponsor of the CPL in 2023.

Angostura Chill 

House of Angostura is a company known for aromatic bitters that are used in alcoholic drinks and cocktails. It is based in Trinidad & Tobago.

House of Angostura’s non-alcoholic beverage, Angostura Chill, became the official refreshment partner of the CPL when the two renewed their partnership in 2023. At every CPL game, fans can go to and pick the beverage in various flavours at the refreshment zones across the stadia hosting the league games.

Staging Partners

The CPL also has collaboration agreements in place with the countries hosting the games to promote tourism. Its social media handles also share posts for promotion of tourism in these countries.
