The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) has extended its partnership with British motorsport medical company MDD Europe, which will see the latter continue on as the Official Supplier of Medical Products of the former.

The partnership will see MDD continue to provide medical equipment for all tracks and circuits in the various levels of the motorsport. The FIA and the member clubs, including the FIA Medical Delegates, Chief Medical Officers and their teams, will gain access to MDD’s products to stay up to date with the latest equipment and expertise.

MDD also serves as the Medical and Safety Team provider for Formula E and ETCR.

Tim Malyon, FIA Safety Director, commented:

The FIA is pleased to extend its partnership with MDD Europe across a range of FIA championships. It is vital that our FIA Medical Delegates, Chief Medical Officers and their teams at race circuits around the world are supported with the highest standards of medical and safety equipment and expertise provided by MDD Europe.

Peter Schroeder, Director of MDD Europe, added:

We are delighted to further extend our cooperation with the FIA. We remain a proud partner of the FIA and their member clubs, now for more than a decade. Providing state-of-the-art medical and safety equipment is vital in creating a safer racing environment and this remains our corporate motivation as well as our personal passion.
