Laura Wolvaardt’s Brand Endorsements and Sponsorship Deals

Laura Wolvaardt is a professional cricketer who plays for the South Africa women’s national cricket team and Western Province in domestic competitions. At the age of 13, Wolvaardt was a member of South Africa’s Under-19 squad and was quick to climb up the ladders to the national team. In 2017, she was named the Women’s Newcomer of the Year at Cricket South Africa’s annual awards.

Wolvaardt was born on 26 April 1999 in Milnerton, Western Cape, South Africa. She had a strong academic background and wanted to pursue medicine as a career. She graduated from Parklands College with distinction. Initiating her international cricketing career at the young age of 16, Wolvaardt has been one of the most inspirational yet vital members of the South Africa women’s team. Currently, she is also enrolled in a six-year medicine degree at Stellenbosch University.

Wolvaardt’s most recent accomplishment was winning the Sports Personality of the Year title at the recently-concluded Sports Industry Awards in 2022, which is the most prestigious award ceremony for business and sports in South Africa.

Wazoogles is a daily plant-based nutrition and organic food brand from Cape Town, South Africa. Wolvaardt has been an ambassador of the company since 2019. 

Rapid Recover

Rapid Recover is a South African manufacturer of muscle recovery products based out of Johannesburg. Wolvaardt has been an ambassador for the company since 2022. 

D&P Cricket

Wolvaardt has been seen using D&P Cricket’s equipment since her primary school days. In 2021, she extended her deal with D&P Cricket in a three-year agreement. 

Bri-ton Liftmaster CC    

Wolvaardt was a brand ambassador of Bri-ton Liftmaster from 2018 to 2020. Bri-ton Liftmaster is an industrial machinery and equipment company that covers cranes, hoists, hoist sales services and repairs.

Adidas  

Wolvaardt has been seen promoting Adidas products since 2019 via her social media accounts. 

Cetaphil South Africa

Cetaphil South Africa is a line of skincare products which was launched in 1947 in Texas, the USA. It partnered with Wolvaardt in June 2020.

Momentum

Wolvaardt partnered up with financial services provider Momentum in 2020. The company provides short- and long-term insurance, investments and savings, healthcare administration and employee benefits.

Freedom of Movement

Freedom of Movement is a premium lifestyle brand based out of South Africa and launched in 2013. Wolvaardt has an endorsement deal in place with the company and is often seen promoting its products online.
