Gate.io enters the world of F1 with Red Bull partnership

Formula One team Red Bull Racing has announced a new multi-year partnership with cryptocurrency exchange, Gate.io. The deal will see Gate.io become the Austrian team’s Crypto-Exchange Partner and will have their branding present on the Red Bull race car – RB21 including the rear wing, nose and headrest, the team kit, driver and crew suits and also on Red Bull driver Max Verstappen’s helmet.

Gate.io will aim to use the partnership to use the team’s global reach and fan base to get ‘Web3 solutions and innovations’ to a larger audience.

Christian Horner, CEO and Team Principal of Oracle Red Bull Racing, commented,

“We are very excited to welcome Gate.io to the Team. Gate.io are a brand that very much shares Oracle Red Bull Racing’s passion to exist at the forefront of technological innovation. Together, we look forward to building a more immersive and unique connection with the Team for fans around the world and to working with a like-minded partner that isn’t afraid to disrupt the status quo.”

Dr. Lin Han, the founder and CEO of Gate.io, added,

“At Gate.io, we believe that innovation and performance go hand in hand—whether in blockchain or on the racetrack. Just as Oracle Red Bull Racing pushes the limits of engineering, we are continuously advancing blockchain technology to bring greater transparency, speed, and efficiency to digital finance. This partnership comes at a time when blockchain is moving beyond finance, and we’re excited to explore new ways it can intersect with global industries like motorsport.”
