Rolex extends Shanghai Masters ATP 1000 deal

Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Rolex has renewed its title sponsorship partnership with the Shanghai Masters ATP 1000. The new ten-year deal will last till 2032.

The Shanghai Masters ATP 1000 has been off the calendar for the last three years due to the COVID pandemic but will be returning in October 2023. The tournament will be held from October 2 to 15, 2023. The new deal will see a total of 96 players taking part in it and will have the prize money increased, with the organisers stating it will have “one of the highest remunerated men’s tournaments in the world”. The tournament generally has had 56 teams. 

Rolex has been long-time partner of the Shanghai Masters, since 2009, and has been the Title Sponsor of the event since 2010. 

Yang Yibin, General Manager of Shanghai Juss Sports Industry Development (Group) Co Ltd (Juss Sports), commented:
