Multi-year renewal signed as Domenicali set to continue as F1 boss
Formula One and Liberty Media have announced a new five-year renewal agreement which will see current F1 President and CEO Stefano Domenicali continue on in his current role until the end of 2029.
Domenicali replaced Chase Carey as the CEO for Formula One from the 2021 season and prior to that held the role of Team Principal at Ferrari between 2008-2014, was the CEO and President of Lamborghini between 2016-2020 as well. He has also worked in the DTM early on in his career in the 1990s and held the role of Logistics Manager, Sporting Director and Director at Ferrari between 2001 and 2007.
Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula One, commented,
