TANMAY BHAT AND SAMAY RAINA LAUNCH POKER CHANNEL ON YOUTUBE

Staff Staff

The joint venture will see them play and discuss all things poker, and their antics on their other channels are anything to go by, we can safely expect a lot of regular and guest appearances from the who’s who of the comic and poker scenes.

The Ace Holes becomes Tanmay Bhat’s third YouTube channel after he first started streaming on YouTube in November 2019. What began as a streaming channel for PUB-G soon became a home for a plethora of categories of videos, ranging from vlogs, reactions, and critiques, hitting a million subscribers by May 2020. His second channel, called “Honestly by Tanmay Bhat”, sees Tanmay hosting ‘learning’ streams with experts in different fields – finance, screenwriting, and philosophy, to name a few.

For Samay Raina this will be his second channel on YouTube. He launched his first YouTube channel earlier in March, where he hosted streams with some of the biggest household stand-up comic personalities, mainly focusing on chess, which he played growing up. The streams soon picked up traction, and many chess icons like Viswanathan Anand and chess YouTuber Agadmator were also featured. Through his channel, Samay has raised over Rs. 25 lakh for many causes throughout the country, including Delhi’s waste pickers, background dancers in movies, the welfare of stray dogs, the Amphan cyclone that hit West Bengal, and the Assam floods.

The first video on The Ace Holes is also a beginner’s course for those who are into poker but have little to no idea.
