Orlando Magic ink new deal with Kia

Staff Staff

NBA franchise Orlando Magic have signed a new partnership agreement with South Korean manufacturer Kia, which has thus gained the naming rights to the Magic’s home stadium thusly called “Kia Center”.

The multi-year partnership will also see Kia enjoy signage both inside and outside the stadium. The company will also be putting up EV-charging stations at the venue.

The Kia agreement concludes the Magic’s more-than-decade-long deal with Amway, which had held the naming rights for their arena since 2010.

Alex Martins, CEO, Orlando Magic:

The Orlando Magic and Kia America have been proud partners for several years and we share in the excitement of Kia’s success and growth. We look forward to our expanded partnership which allows Kia to drive its brand forward and deliver a direct, impactful message to our fan base and beyond using the power of the NBA.
