Born on 24th March 1965, in Texas, Mark Callaway is often referred to as “The Undertaker”. He is the most iconic American superstar in WWE history. The legend initially wanted to pursue a basketball career before becoming a professional wrestler, but fate took him to World Championship Wrestling. Before that, he had wrestled for Continental Wrestling Association and WCCW. However, his true calling was the WWE. The Undertaker made his iconic debut as a part of the Survivor Series team of Ted DiBiase, called The Million Dollar Team.

The American wrestler holds a lot of records within the WWE. He is a seven-time world champion, winning the championship four times and the world heavyweight championship three times. In 2007, he won the Royal Rumble. He also won the tag team championship six times. Moreover, The Undertaker debuted in 1991 at WrestleMania and defeated Jimmy Snuka in his match. Over the years, his WrestleMania win-loss extended to 21-0. He only missed out on WrestleMania in 1994 and 2000. Undertaker’s last victory came in 2013 against CM Punk. The Beast Brock Lesnar finally broke the streak in 2014.

The Undertaker is one of the highest-earning wrestlers with an annual salary of $2.5 million. According to Forbes 2020, the world-famous wrestler’s net worth is estimated to be around $22 million, out of which $17 million is just his career salary. The then CEO of WWE, Vince McMahon, paid him $400k to $700k per appearance. Furthermore, the wrestler’s secondary income source was through merchandise deals; seven percent of the revenue generated through these deals found its way into his pockets. Let us look at his luxurious lifestyle and assets.

Apart from wrestling, Mark has also delved into business and founded an organization named “Calahart” in association with Scott Everhart. The company made the first investment of $2.7 million for the mansion in Loveland, Colorado.

The Undertaker also adds to his net worth through acting. According to Forbes, he added $5 million this year through his television appearances. Although he doesn’t specialize in this field, the Undertaker’s involvement in movies and television shows has benefited his income. Suburban Commando, Beyond the Mat, The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age SmackDown, Surf’s Up 2: Wavemania, Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, and Downtown are some of his famous movies and television shows. The WWF and WWE video game series has also helped elevate his fame and preference among the fans.
