Margot Harley, Cricket Australia’s Head of Competition Development & Strategy, W/BBL, commented:

The WBBL is proud to continue our partnership with Weber, a globally recognised innovation leader, for a further two years. Since 2021, our brands have enabled Australians to forge strong connections through our shared love of summer, family, food, fun and cricket. This has allowed both Weber and the WBBL to harness our collective strength and be at the forefront of positive change for women at home and in sport. We look forward to working closely with Weber as we approach our milestone tenth season and beyond.

Michael McDonald, Weber Barbecues Managing Director, Asia Pacific, added:

Weber is proud to confirm a two-year extension to our naming rights partnership with the WBBL. Weber and the WBBL create amazing memories through a shared love of summer, family, the outdoors, food, and cricket. As the WBBL enters its milestone tenth season, we are excited to partner with a globally recognised leader to continue driving the game forward and changing perceptions about the role of women in sport.
