The multi-year partnership will put the Terra Virtua branding on the Williams race cars, driver race suits and mechanic overalls. Williams will also work with Terra Virtua on various fan engagement activities, which will take “fan experiences during race weekends and beyond to another level”.

James Bower, Williams Racing Commercial Director, said:

Collaborating with Terra Virtua presents an opportunity to engage with the race fans of the future in an entirely new way.

With Terra Virtua using Polygon blockchain, which has strong sustainability credentials, it also aligns with the team’s sustainability values.

Jawad Ashraf, Terra Virtua’s CEO, added:

It’s a privilege to work with a British racing team with such an incredible legacy in motorsport. We can’t wait to get started and continue to explore further opportunities to collaborate.
