Formula One has announced a multi-year partnership renewal with the flag carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Gulf Air.

The renewal will see Gulf Air remain the Title Partner of the Bahrain Grand Prix until its 2027 edition. Gulf Air has been a partner of the Bahrain GP since the inaugural race 21 years ago, which is the longest partnership for any title partner.

The 2025 Bahrain Grand Prix is scheduled to be held on April 13 and will be the fourth race of the new season after the Australian, Chinese, and Japanese Grands Prix.

Speaking about the Gulf Air renewal, Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer, Formula One, commented:

Gulf Air’s enduring commitment to the Bahrain Grand Prix is a testament to the power of long-term partnerships in motorsport. Their support, spanning over two decades, has been instrumental in establishing this race as a favourite in the Formula 1 calendar, which attracts fans from all over the world to a weekend of great racing and top entertainment. We are thrilled to continue this collaboration and look forward to more thrilling racing and shared success in Bahrain.

Jeffrey Goh, Gulf Air Group Chief Executive Officer, said:

We are immensely proud to extend our partnership with Formula 1, a relationship that has become synonymous with the Bahrain Grand Prix. This collaboration not only reinforces Bahrain’s prominent position on the international motorsport stage but also serves as a powerful catalyst for economic growth, tourism development, and global brand recognition for the Kingdom.
