FIFA World Cup 2026: Teams and their kit sponsors

The most elite event in the football calendar will start in June 2026 – the FIFA World Cup which will be hosted by the USA, Canada and Mexico. With 48 nations from all over the world participating in this global spectacle, fans from all over the world will be supporting their favourite players or teams. Also, a lot of the fans in the stadiums or the ones watching from home can be seen sporting their national team jerseys. 

So without further ado, we take a look at the kit sponsors of all the qualified nations below – 

Canada – Nike 

The Canadian National Team has a kit sponsorship deal with American sportswear company Nike. 

As per the deal signed in December 2018, Nike will be the Canada Men’s and Women’s teams’ official kit sponsor for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and beyond. 

Mexico – Adidas 

The co-hosts of the 2026 World Cup, Mexico has a sponsorship deal with Adidas. 

German sportswear corporation Adidas began their partnership with Mexico in 1984 but it ended in 1990. After a reasonable gap, the partnership was initiated again in 2007.

Adidas is the official outfitter for the Mexican Football team and renewed their partnership until 2034 in November 2024. 

United States of America (USA) – Nike 

Home-grown sportswear brand Nike has had a long-standing kit sponsorship deal with the USA since 1995. 

In November 2021, USA further strengthened this partnership by signing a 10-year extension which included kit sponsorship for the US Men’s and the Women’s National teams. 

Australia – Nike 

The Australian National team has a long-standing partnership with American sportswear brand Nike for two decades. 

In November 2023, the two parties collaborated yet again to extend the partnership into a third decade by signing a kit sponsorship extension until 2033. 

As per the deal, Nike will not only sponsor the Australian Men’s, Women’s, Youth and Junior teams but also make significant investments into the development of grassroots football and inclusivity programs for young girls and women to take up football. 

Iran – Majid 

For the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the Iran men’s national football team’s playing kits were being manufactured by Iran-based sports goods producer Majid.

Earlier known as Merooj, the 1987-founded sports apparel and accessories company has also produced kits for Iran’s World Cup qualifier matches and will more likely be the kit sponsor for their 2026 FIFA World Cup games. 

Japan – Adidas

German global sportswear company Adidas have been the official kit sponsor for the Japan National team since 2023 and will run until the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

As per the deal, Adidas will be the official outfitter for Japan’s Men’s, Women’s and youth teams. In 2024, Adidas had also brought in Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto (Y-3) to launch special edition kits. 

Jordan – Kelme

The Jordan National football team have a partnership deal with Spain-based sports equipment and manufacturing company Kelme. 

The sportswear brand founded in 1977 will be the official kit sponsor for the Jordan Men’s National football team. The partnership was announced by Kelme on their social media accounts in June 2024.  

Qatar – Adidas

The Qatar Men’s football team has a sponsorship agreement with German global brand Adidas. Adidas had previously sponsored the Qatar National team from 2003 to 2008. 

The multi-year partnership was signed recently in November 2025 by Qatar Football Association and Adidas to be the official kit sponsor for all QFA teams. 

As per the deal, Adidas will provide the match and training kits and accessories across all National team categories. 

Saudi Arabia – Adidas

Saudi Arabia National Football team has a kit sponsorship deal with Adidas. 

The agreement was signed in November 2022 for a period of four years and will include provision of match and training kits for the Saudi Arabian Men’s, Women’s and Youth teams. The deal will expire after 2026. 

South Korea – Nike 

Korean Football Association (KFA) has a long-standing partnership with American sportswear brand Nike that have been providing their kits since 1996. 

Nike has also induced traditional patterns and cultural elements like dancheong patterns and tiger claw marks in the South Korean kits. The most recent agreement signed in January 2020 between the two parties will see Nike serve as the official kit supplier of the KFA’s national teams until 2032. This deal is reportedly worth ?240 billion (South Korean won). 

Uzbekistan – 7Saber 

Home-grown Uzbek sportswear brand 7Saber has recently signed a kit sponsorship deal with the Uzbekistan national football team.

The brand founded in 2019 replaced German brand Jako and will be providing match and training kits for the Uzbekistan team that will be making their first-ever appearance at the World Cup in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

Algeria – Adidas

The Algerian National team has had a partnership agreement with German global brand Adidas since 2016. 

Adidas will provide the matchday and training kits for the Algerian National Team until the 2026 FIFA World Cup after which they would be replaced by another German brand PUMA. 

Cape Verde – Tempo 

African island nation Cape Verde became the smallest nation to qualify for the 2026 World Cup this year. 

Cape Verde has a kit sponsorship deal with Vienna-based sportswear brand Tempo, a partnership that began in 2022 for a duration of four years. 

Tempo will provide the matchday and training wear for the Cape Verde Football team at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

Egypt – PUMA 

In January 2019, German sportswear brand PUMA signed a multi-year partnership with the Egyptian Football Association (EFA). PUMA replaced fellow German brand Adidas as the kit sponsor for EFA teams. 

As per the deal, PUMA will provide kits for Egypt’s Men’s, Women’s and Youth teams. 

Ghana – PUMA 

German sportswear brand PUMA is a long-standing partner of the Ghana Football Association (GFA). 

As per the deal, PUMA will provide the matchday and training kits for Ghana’s Men’s, Women’s and Youth teams. 

PUMA last extended their partnership with GFA in January 2015. 

Ivory Coast – PUMA

PUMA has a long-standing partnership with Ivory Coast (Les Éléphants) since 2005. 

PUMA last extended the kit sponsorship deal in November 2014. As per the deal, PUMA will supply playing kits, training apparel and other equipment to the Ivory Coast National team. 

Morocco – PUMA

In Oct 2019, PUMA signed a kit sponsorship deal with Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football (FRMF). 

As part of the deal, PUMA will provide the Atlas Lions with culturally-inspired designs.  The German brand will provide match kits, training gear and equipment for the Moroccan National Team. 

Senegal – PUMA

The Senegalese Football Team debuted their new PUMA kits at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. With their most recent kit sponsorship agreement signed in February 2018 with PUMA, the ‘Lions of Teranga’ will continue to sport PUMA kits at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

PUMA will be the official outfitters for the Senegalese National Team, providing them with the playing kits and training apparel for their official matches. 

South Africa – Adidas 

The South Africa Football Association has signed a new kit sponsorship deal with German sportswear brand Adidas, switching to the three stripes from Le Coq Sportif as announced in Oct 2025. 

The new partnership will be effective from Feb 2026 and Bafana Bafana will be sporting the three stripes at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

Tunisia – Kappa 

Tunisia Football team signed a partnership with Italian sportswear brand Kappa in 2019 until 2022. 

The deal was renewed later as Kappa is still the official outfitter for the Tunisian national team. As per the deal, Kappa is the official technical sponsor The partnership provides all team apparel for the Tunisian Men’s and Youth teams, with designs often incorporating Tunisian history and culture, like the El Jem amphitheater pattern.

Croatia – Nike  

Nike has a long-standing partnership with Vatreni since 2000 with the deal set to end in mid-2026. 

Nike has provided the Croatian National Team with matchday kits, training wear and equipment for the last 25 years but the American sportswear firm will be replaced by rivals Adidas after the 2026 FIFA World Cup

England – Nike  

American Sportswear corporation Nike has been the kit sponsor for the England FA since 2013. 

The two parties signed an extension in December 2016 for a whopping £400 million in a 12-year deal. The deal also has clauses for incentive payments if the team reaches in the latter stages of the big tournaments. 

Nike replaced Umbro in 2013 which had been a kit sponsor for the England National Team since the 1950s. 

France – Nike

American Sportswear company Nike is the kit sponsor for the French Football Federation (FFF) and its National Teams with a recent agreement being signed until 2034 in a whopping £100 million a year deal. 

Along with providing kits for the French Men’s, Women’s and Youth National Teams, Nike “will also  include a specific element dedicated to amateur football and referees”.

Norway – Nike

Since 2015, Nike has an association with the Norwegian National team as their official kit sponsor.

Nike is a long-term technical partner for the Norwegian National Football teams which includes providing kits and training gear for their Men’s, Women’s and Youth Teams. 

In March 2020, they signed an extension with the American brand which will outfit the team until 2026. 

Portugal – PUMA

In November 2024, Portugal ended their long-standing partnership with Nike and began a new one with German brand PUMA to be effective from 1st Jan 2025. 

As per the deal, PUMA became the technical sponsor for all Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) teams which includes men’s, women’s, youth, futsal, beach soccer, and e-sports teams. 

Germany – Adidas

Homegrown global brand Adidas has been the kit sponsor for Germany for seven decades and have created several iconic kits for the German National Team. 

However, in March 2024, German National Team announced their departure from their 70-year partnership to sign a new lucrative deal with rivals Nike. 

The German Football Association (DFB) announced a kit sponsorship deal worth a whopping €100 million per year which will run from 2027 to 2034, a period of 7 years.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be the last tournament where the three stripes will appear on the German National Team kits and training apparel. 

Netherlands – Nike 

Nike has a long-standing partnership with Koninklijke Nederlandse Voetbalbond (KNVB) or the Royal Dutch Football Association since 1996 as their official kit sponsor.

As per the deal, Nike will provide Oranje with kits, training gear and equipment for their Men’s, Women’s and Youth teams. 

In November 2024, the two parties signed an extension, taking the collaboration ahead by five years into 2030. 

New Zealand – PUMA

Global sportswear company PUMA signed a kit sponsorship deal with the New Zealand Football Federation in December 2023. 

As per the deal, “PUMA will proudly equip all 10 New Zealand Football national teams, including the Men’s and Women’s teams from U-17 to the senior teams, as well as the futsal teams and eFootball team”.

Argentina – Adidas 

In June 2024, Argentine Football Association (AFA) renewed its long-running deal with German brand Adidas as their official kit sponsor until 2038. 

Adidas has kitted the Argentine National Team since 2001 and will continue to provide matchday kits and training gear for AFA’s Men’s, Women’s and Youth teams. 

Brazil – Nike

In December 2024, Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) signed a 12-year extension with American sportswear giants Nike for a reported $100 million (approx. €85 million) and royalties. 

The new agreement will be effective from 2026 until 2038. As per the deal, Nike will provide kits for the Brazil Men’s, Women’s, Youth, Futsal and beach football teams. In addition, CBF will also be allowed to sell licensed products and open stores.

Colombia – Adidas 

The Columbian National football team and Adidas have collaborated since 2015. 

Adidas has been providing the kits and training apparel for the Columbian Men’s, Women’s and Youth teams. 

In September 2021, the two parties renewed the deal until 2030. 

Ecuador – Marathon Sports 

Ecuador-based sportswear company Marathon Sports has been the official kit sponsor of the Ecuadorian National Football team since 1994 when their Reebok sponsorship ended. 

The partnership has continued further with Marathon Sports designing and releasing their latest kits and training gear in 2025. 

Paraguay – PUMA 

German sportswear company Puma was previously Paraguay’s kit sponsor from 1999 to 2007 before it got replaced by rival German brand Adidas. 

In June 2020, the APF announced that it had signed a new deal with Puma to become the principal kit sponsor of its national teams. 

In October 2023, Puma and the APF announced the signing of a new extension deal that will take this association into the 2026 FIFA World Cup. 

Uruguay – Nike 

In December 2024, Nike announced a multi-year partnership with the Uruguayan Football Association, designating the global American sportswear brand as the federation’s exclusive sports sponsor and kit supplier. 

Nike will not only provide their national teams with kits, training apparel and equipment but also focus on development of grassroots football and youth development through community-based programs.
