Mercedes teams up with Microsoft ahead of F1 2026 season
Formula One team Mercedes have signed a multi-year partnership with Microsoft Corp., which will see Microsoft’s technologies be the key aspect for the race team’s operations. The team will use Microsoft’s cloud and enterprise AI technologies across their business, from the factory to the racetrack. Mercedes will use Microsoft Azure and its AI technologies to expand their high-performance computing and data capabilities, both at the factory and trackside, with scalable cloud and AI resources supporting simulation workloads, performance analysis, race strategy modelling and cross-team analytics.
