The Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team have announced a partnership agreement with life coaching company BetterUp.

The supply partnership will see BetterUp provide the Mercedes staff and personnel access to its services in order to “prioritise their well-being and sustained focus to achieve peak performance during the high-stakes season ahead.”

Richard Sanders, Chief Commercial Officer, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, commented:

The heart of our performance is our people – every member of our team contributes their tenth of a second and plays their part in contributing to our successes on and off the track. We take pride in our innovative approach to wellbeing and it’s fantastic to be working with BetterUp who is a leader in this space.

Alexi Robichaux, CEO and Co-founder, BetterUp, added:

We have long admired Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS for their undoubted dedication to performance, not just on the track but across their entire organisation, whether teams are in the garage or in offices around the world. We pride ourselves on building and delivering technology that increases well-being and performance for some of the world’s most iconic organisations, and we couldn’t be more honoured that this team is also trusting BetterUp to support their people’s peak performance as their official human transformation partner.
