BLAST has partnered with TikTok, which will see the last Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) Major, scheduled to be held in Paris, be featured live on the short-video social media platform.

This will be the first time for a Counter-Strike event to be live on TikTok, as the two brands look to bring the fans closer to the action. BLAST has already curated a special hashtag, #BLASTTVMajor, which already has more than 100 million views on TikTok. There will also be a dedicated in-app page, which will give the fans access to the latest news from the final CS:GO Major with exclusive content and bespoke filters.

Robbie Douek, CEO for BLAST, said:

The esports world will have their eyes firmly fixed on Paris this week when the world’s best Counter-Strike teams descend onto the French capital to compete for the coveted last ever CS:GO Major trophy. Teaming up with TikTok will allow us to bring fans even closer to the experience with a number of integrated features and exclusive content on the platform.

The 2023 BLAST.tv Paris Major is the final CS:GO Major before Counter-Strike 2 arrives later in the summer of 2023.

Hailing from the City of Joy, the things that bring me joy are cricket, a good non-tilt CS:GO session, F1 and movies.
