San Diego-born Brandon Nakashima, of Japanese-Vietnamese descent, was born on August 3, 2001. The professional tennis player reached his career-high singles ATP ranking of 43rd on October 17, 2022.

A lot of people anticipate Nakashima to be one of the best players in the game because of his powerful backhand and amazing court presence. He was introduced to the sport by his grandfather when he was 3 years old, had a remarkable junior career, and attained a career-high global ranking of third in the ITF rankings.

Nakashima’s best Grand Slam performance so far is a fourth-round Wimbledon victory in 2022. At two ATP competitions, he has made it to the final. In 2022, he achieved his first victory in the San Diego Open. IMG, the most prominent tennis management and event organisation in the world, acts as his representative.

FILA and Nakashima agreed to a sponsorship deal in March 2020. He routinely appears wearing the company’s clothing and footwear on the tennis court and during important competitions.

FILA is a Seoul-based South Korean athleisure brand.

Yonex

Early in 2023, Nakashima signed a racquet contract with Yonex, a Japanese sports equipment manufacturer that creates gear and clothing for tennis, badminton, golf and running. He currently plays with a Yonex Ezone 98 racquet.

Previously, Nakashima had in place a deal with Babolat for about seven years.

Motorola

In May 2021, Motorola, an American maker of consumer electronics known for its Android-powered smartphones and other handheld devices, struck a collaboration agreement with Nakashima. He revealed this partnership via his social media accounts, where he frequently promotes the company.

SentinelOne

In April 2022, SentinelOne announced its partnership with Nakashima. SentinelOne is a California-based cybersecurity firm that assists businesses in protecting their cyber infrastructure from online invaders.

DermTech

In September 2021, DermTech, a San Diego-based company that educates the public about skin examinations and uses its tech to identify early melanoma, collaborated with Nakashima.
