Floyd Mayweather’s Sponsors / Endorsements

Hublot

The legendary Swiss watchmaker decided to sign a deal with Mayweather ahead of his bout against Conor McGregor in 2017. Mayweather of course, at the time, was an undefeated fighter and a twelve-time world champion.

Burger King

Mayweather has been associated with this American fast-food chain since 2015. The deal between the two reportedly involved an amount worth US$1m in 2015, which allowed the company to include its mascot among Mayweather’s entourage in a fight that year. He was also spotted eating a BK burger in 2017, another possible link between him and the company during that period.

Grant Worldwide

Mayweather is also a partner of long-time boxing glove brand Grant Worldwide. In 2021, the company made an Instagram post promoting Floyd’s fight with Logan Paul. Other details of the deal remain unknown.

TAAT Global Alternatives

Mayweather signed a deal with cigarette manufacturer TAAT Global Alternatives ahead of a fight against Logan Paul in 2021. The deal required him to sport the logo on baseball hats during his arrival into the arena for the match. Other specifics of the deal remain unknown.

Fanmio

In April 2020, Mayweather signed a deal with the fan experience platform Fanmio. The company has partnered with Mayweather to produce experiences for fans and engage them in meet-and-greets organised by the company.

fuboTV

fuboTV struck a deal with Mayweather in April 2020. The deal was created to help promote the use of “Virtual Mayweather” and protect its likeness. The virtual icon of Mayweather is to be used to compete against other boxing personalities in simulated matches.

Tequila Avión

Ahead of his 50th professional fight in 2017, Mayweather signed a deal with Tequila Avión, a Mexico-based company. The deal involved promoting the company through the creation of a limited-edition spirit that was provided to Mayweather in celebration of the occasion.

Floyd Mayweather’s Previous Endorsements / Sponsorship deals

Reebok

Mayweather signed a deal with Reebok in 2009 for a period of one year. The two parties chose not to extend their agreement in 2010, which may have been a hit for the company given that it was evolving during said period.

FanDuel

Mayweather signed with FanDuel ahead of a fight against Manny Pacquiao in 2015. He sported the company’s logo on his shorts. The deal was deemed to be a rare one for the fighter, given the fact that he does not enter into too many sponsorship deals of this nature. The reason for his small number of sponsors is not due to the fact that brands are unwilling to endorse the star, but rather because the entry-level bid for them is US$1 million.
