Football Club Internazionale Milano, commonly referred to as Inter Milan, have announced a partnership renewal with PepsiCo’s sports drink brand Gatorade, which will thus continue on as the Milan-based Italian professional football club’s Official Sports Drink until the end of the 2024/25 season.

The PepsiCo brand will sponsor both the Serie A and UEFA Champions League games of the Inter Milan senior men’s team, while also continuing on as an Official Partner of the Inter Milan senior women’s team.

The renewed partnership, which started in 2015, will also see Gatorade launch its new 500ml bottle, which is made of 100% recycled plastic.

Alessandro Antonello, Corporate CEO, FC Internazionale Milano, said:

It’s a pleasure for us to announce the renewal of the partnership between Inter and Gatorade, a collaboration which has already triumphed over five seasons. In recent years both brands have grown a great deal, further establishing themselves as leaders in the sports sector on a global level.

Marcello Pincelli, CEO, PepsiCo Italia, added:

We’re really happy to be able to confirm the renewal of the agreement between Gatorade and Inter. The brand’s mission has always been to collaborate closely with athletes, improving their performance. That’s why it’s an honour for us to once again be able to work alongside all the male and female footballers who represent Inter, while simultaneously forging increasingly ambitious common goals together.
