Williams Racing’s rookie Formula One driver Logan Sargeant has partnered with leading digital rewards platform Ibotta.

The American driver, who made his Formula One debut with Williams in 2023, will see Ibotta join on as a sponsor and have the Ibotta logo present on his race helmet.

The partnership got underway from the recently-concluded 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

Through its partnership with Sargeant, Ibotta plans to reach out to wider audiences worldwide, using Formula One as a global platform.

Speaking about his new partnership, Sargeant said:

I feel incredibly lucky to have ascended to this point in my racing career. To have a respected brand like Ibotta support me in this new chapter is truly rewarding. I am honoured to have a company with such a clear purpose and a commitment to giving back as my personal sponsor.

Bryan Leach, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Ibotta, said:

When I met Logan, I knew he was the right partner for us. His determination to stand out amongst the pack reflects Ibotta’s own history, and we think it will make him an outstanding brand ambassador for us. We know Logan will have a positive and lasting impact on the sport – and represent the United States – in the same way Ibotta aims to transform our own market, in the rewards space. He cares about our mission and shares our pride in having given back over $1.4B in cash back rewards to American consumers.

Sargeant is the first American driver to compete in Formula One since Alexander Rossi in 2015. Should he race the entire season, he will be the first to complete a full season since Scott Speed in 2006.
