McLaren expand SunGod partnership

McLaren Racing have expanded their partnership with eyewear brand SunGod, which will see the latter become the Official Fan Eyewear licensee of the McLaren Formula One team and the McLaren MX Extreme E team.

As the Official Fan Eyewear licensee of the Formula One team, SunGod will collaborate with McLaren to launch a limited-edition model which will be designed by McLaren’s Formula One team drivers, Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris. Additionally, the SunGod branding will also be visible on the helmets of both the McLaren Formula One drivers.

The eyewear brand will also partner the McLaren team as they venture into their inaugural season of the Extreme E series. The partnership is built around both brand’s unified sustainability values.

Lindsey Eckhouse, Director, Licensing, ecommerce and esports, McLaren Racing, added:
