Melbourne Renegades extends Liberty partnership
Big Bash League (BBL) franchise Melbourne Renegades have announced a partnership renewal with non-bank lender Liberty, who will continue on as the Principal Partner of Renegades’ BBL and Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) teams. The partnership, which enters its seventh year, will see Liberty continue to have their logo on the front of the Renegades BBL and WBBL teams’ playing and training kits and also in-venue and across a range of club activities.
James Rosengarten, General Manager, Melbourne Renegades, commented,
“Liberty have been outstanding supporters of our club for several years now, and we’re thrilled to continue working with them. Their commitment to both our men’s and women’s programs has played a big role in our journey. Liberty has always believed in what the Renegades stand for and we were thrilled to share last year’s WBBL championship with them. This season is another chance for us to build on that partnership and to connect Liberty with our members and fans in new and exciting ways.”
David Smith, Chief Distribution Officer, Liberty, added,
“We have been incredibly proud to support the Renegades as their longest serving partner and watch them go from strength to strength over the last six years. This has been a fantastic partnership as Liberty’s free-thinking approach to lending perfectly aligns with the bold and innovative spirit of the ‘Gades. We’re thrilled to continue as Principal Partner of such a diverse and inclusive club and look forward to the excitement of the upcoming WBBL|11 and BBL|15 seasons.”
