Veronika Kudermetova hails from Kazan, Russia and was born on June 26, 1995. She began playing tennis when she was six years old and became a professional in 2013. On the WTA Tour, she has won six singles titles and eleven doubles victories.

She was born in a sporting family,  as her mother, Svetlana, played volleyball, and her father, Vladimir, was a professional football player. When she was six years old, she decided to take up tennis. 

In 2013, Kudermetova became a professional, and she immediately established herself on the WTA Tour. Both in 2017 and 2018, she won her first singles and doubles championships.

Armani

Armani, an Italian luxury fashion house headquartered in Milan that designs, produces, distributes, and retails apparel, shoes, accessories, and home furnishings, has a sponsorship deal with Kudermetova for clothing and shoes. She dons sports apparel and footwear from the company’s EA7 collection. On the tennis court, she frequently wears EA7 attire, and the company’s symbol is visible on her shirt. Prior to this, she wore Nike and Asics without a contract with those companies.

Wilson

Wilson, a company that produces sports equipment in the United States and is based in Chicago, Illinois, has a sponsorship deal with Kudermetova for racquets.She plays with a Wilson Blade 98 racquet. She frequently advertises the company in her social media posts and is frequently seen using the racquet in practise and competitions.

Tatneft

Veronica has a partnership with Tatneft, a Russian oil and gas firm with headquarters in Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan; she frequently sports clothing with the company’s logo on it.
