McLaren Racing signs multi-year deal with Intel
British motorsport team McLaren Racing has announced a multi-year partnership agreement with American multinational technology company, Intel, who will join McLaren’s Formula One team and McLaren IndyCar team as their Official Compute Partner and will become the Official Partner of McLaren’s F1 Sim Racing Team. Intel will support the teams by helping them turn data into actionable insight through a secure, scalable compute foundation including trackside edge computing to enable real-time analytics and race-day decision-making.
Intel will also have branding on the McLaren Formula One cars from the Canadian Grand Prix 2026 and Intel branding will also be present on the McLaren IndyCar team’s car at the Freedom 250 in Washington DC and at the iconic Indy 500 race from 2027. On the McLaren F1 Sim Racing team, Intel will have their logo present on the team’s n-stage simulators for the final event of the F1 Sim Racing World Championship 2026 and on the team’s virtual livery from the 2027 season onwards.
