AirLink
In May 2023, AirLink, a Johannesburg-based regional airline, and Cricket Namibia announced a partnership agreement to support the latter’s traveling expenses while promoting the former’s brand locally and internationally.
The partnership provides AirLink access to the cricket corporate community and increase exposure and brand visibility during the Eagles’ international games hosted in Namibia.
Future Media
Founded in May 2019, Future Media owns and operates the four largest radio stations in Namibia.
In September 2020, Future Media and Cricket Namibia signed a multi-year partnership agreement, the former becoming an official media partner of the latter in the process.
XCO Group
XCO Group is a supplier of sports equipment and corporate branding solutions.
Ashburton Investments
Ashburton Investments is the asset management business of FirstRand Group, a holding company of FirstRand Bank, a financial services provider in South Africa.
In December 2020, Ashburton Investments joined hands with Cricket Namibia for its Kwata Cricket Development Programme.
Kwata Cricket was established in 2009 to create awareness of cricket among underprivileged communities in Namibia.
Richelieu
Richelieu is a Canadian specialty hardware distribution and manufacturing company based in Montreal, Quebec.
Richelieu has been serving as the main sponsor and title sponsor to the Namibian national cricket team as well as the country’s annual T20 domestic league since 2019.
In March 2022, Richelieu signed an extension agreement to become the naming sponsor of Cricket Namibia.
Castle Lite
Castle Lite, a pale lager by Anheuser-Busch InBev, a Belgian multinational drink and brewing company, has had a partnership agreement in place with Cricket Namibia since 2021.
IXU Sport
IXU Sport is a South African cricket equipment and apparel company founded in 2013.
In 2021, IXU Sport became the official apparel sponsor of the Namibia national cricket team.
Capricorn Group
In August 2021, Capricorn Group, a Southern African financial services company, signed an agreement with Cricket Namibia to become the main sponsor of its women’s cricket, focusing on the Namibia women’s national cricket team and the girls festivals and tournaments. Capricorn Group Executive, Marlize Horn, handed over a cricket bat to symbolise the N$150k (Namibian dollar) sponsorship agreement.
Torga Optical
Torga Optical, a South African eyewear specialist brand, has been acting as the official eyewear partner of the Namibia men’s national cricket team since March 2020.
Walvis Bay Salt Refiners
Walvis Bay Salt Refiners, one of three subsidiaries of Walvis Bay Salt Holdings, a Namibian solar evaporation facility, has been acting as an official sponsor of Cricket Namibia since 2014.
Pupkewitz Toyota
Pupkewitz Toyota is a subsidiary of Pupkewitz Motors, the largest dealer of Toyota, Nissan, and Honda cars in Namibia.
The dealership has been acting as Cricket Namibia’s official vehicle partner since January 2021.
Nashua Namibia
In April 2024, Cricket Namibia announced its partnership with Nashua Namibia as the Tournament Sponsor for the U14 and U19 Junior Franchise competition.
This partnership introduced the first-ever cricket junior franchise competition aimed at nurturing young talent in Namibia.
DiagnoLab
Cricket Namibia announced its partnership agreement with National Diagnostic Laboratory (DiagnoLab) as the official Cricket Namibia pathology partner in 2022.
The partnership became effective from the 1st of March, 2022, and is valid for two years.
Grove Mall
Grove Mall is the largest shopping centre in Namibia. Founded in 2014, it is billed as the country’s first regional shopping mall.
iNova Pharmaceuticals
iNova Pharmaceuticals is an American company that develops, markets, and sells a range of non-prescription pharmacy products and prescription medicines.
Since coming on board as an sponsor for the Namibia U19 women’s national cricket team in September 2022, iNova has continued to sponsor Cricket Namibia over the years.
OmniTel
OmniTel is a Namibian telecommunications company founded in 2008. Its main activities comprise marketing, sales, and installation of telecom services and related IT equipment.
Imperial
Imperial Logistics Ltd, a subsidiary DP World Ltd, is a provider of logistics solutions in Africa engaged in the provision of imperial logistics, warehousing, and distribution management services.
In June 2022, Cricket Namibia partnered with Imperial’s Managed Solutions business in Namibia
Playtime Namibia
Established in 2017, Playtime Namibia is a non-profit organisation.
In September 2023, Playtime Namibia was announced as the Official Naming Partner of the country’s Coastal Festival.
The “Playtime” Festival, as per the partnership, has so far facilitated five youth tournaments which saw 45 teams battle it out over 139 matches.
MTC Dome Namibia
MTC Dome Namibia is an indoor event location, and the only accredited high-performance centre in the country.
Francois Erasmus & Partners
Francois Erasmus & Partners is a Windhoek-based law firm of legal practitioners, notaries, and conveyancers.
Since 2022, Francois Erasmus & Partners has been sponsoring Cricket Namibia.
Metro
Metro is a Namibian chain of grocery retailer stores.
In September 2023, Metro signed a sponsorship agreement with Cricket Namibia to become one of its official sponsors.
Echo
Echo is a South Africa-based independent integrator of advanced network and could computing services.
Ahead of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers in Namibia in 2023, Echo jumped on board as an official sponsor of Cricket Namibia.
