Cricket Australia, the country’s governing body for cricket, has announced a partnership extension with pay-TV broadcaster Sky New Zealand, which thus retains the broadcast rights to international and select domestic games played in Australia.

The multi-year partnership, covering the next four Australian summers, will kick off with the start of the 2025/26 season when Australia will host England for the next edition of The Ashes before South Africa and India travel Down Under. The summer after, New Zealand will head to Australia, with the Kiwi women’s national team also set to tour Australia the same year.

Apart from international games, the partnership will also cover domestic men’s and women’s games, including the Big Bash League and select men’s Domestic One-Day matches, Prime Minister’s XI matches, Governor-General’s XI matches, and Sheffield Shield Finals.

Additionally, Sky will broadcast the home games played by the Kiwi men’s and women’s national teams during the same cycle. Recently, Sky NZ also announced a partnership renewal with New Zealand Cricket.
