The Tennis Ball Cricket Premier League (TBCPL 10) has roped in Indian former professional cricketer Yuvraj Singh as a brand ambassador ahead of its inaugural edition, which is set to take place between May 26 and June 5 later this year.
The tennis-ball league will have franchises from across the country and called as follows: Mumbai Mavericks, Delhi Dynamos, Bangalore Blasters, Kolkata Kings, Chandigarh Champions, Hyderabad Hunters, Ahmedabad Avengers, and Chennai Challengers. The tournament will follow a league format before moving into playoffs.
The TBCPL will also have trials across the country in search for talent and have a player auction on May 5 and 6 later this year.
Coming on board as a TBCPL ambassador, Yuvraj Singh commented:
