MAJOR PARTNER

ANZ Bank

ANZ and NZC’s partnership dates back several years, during which time the banking and financial services company has been a major sponsor and the Official Bank of New Zealand Cricket.

The two have been partners for over two decades, with the bank’s logo having also appeared on the 2018 men’s limited-overs jersey. ANZ also acts as a partner of the NZ women’s team.

ANZ also helps local cricket communities across New Zealand with grants, helping the players, fans, and teams around the country.

COMMERCIAL PARTNERS

Spark Sport

Spark Sport acquired the rights to broadcast Kiwi cricket for six years in October 2019. The deal officially got underway after NZC’s partnership with Sky Sports came to an end in April 2020.

As part of the deal, Spark Sport broadcasts all games involving the Black Caps and the White Ferns played in New Zealand, the New Zealand Cricket Awards, the men’s and women’s Super Smash games, and the final of the Ford Trophy.

Ford

Ford has been the Official Vehicle Supplier to New Zealand Cricket since October 2009. In 2011, it also became the naming rights sponsor of the Ford Trophy, the country’s premier domestic one-day competition.

The brand has also previously found its logo on the New Zealand men’s cricket team jersey in limited-overs cricket.

Dulux

Dulux partnered with Spark Sport and TVNZ in August 2021, striking a three-year deal which sees Dulux broadcast international matches of both the Kiwi men’s and women’s national cricket teams.

Canterbury

The brand also finds its logo on the top-right of the front of Kiwi matchday shirts in limited-overs cricket.

Gillette last extended its partnership with NZC, which started in November 2018, for the 2020/21 season, and took on the roles of official partner of the Black Caps, official partner of the domestic Super Smash series, and Official National Secondary Schools Partner (Gillette Cup and Gillette Venus Cup).

Gillette is also the official grooming partner of the Kiwi men’s national cricket team.

G.J. Gardner

KFC

KFC announced a three-year deal with New Zealand Cricket in November 2020, which saw the fast-food giant become a partner of the Black Caps and the White Ferns.

The brand acquired the naming rights for the then-upcoming T20I series against the West Indies while also becoming the presenting partner of the Super Smash.
