In May 2022, it was announced that Manchester-headquartered sportswear brand Castore would replace Kappa as Villa’s kit supplier and Principal Partner in a multi-year deal starting with the 2022–23 season.
The deal sees Castore supply match apparel, training and leisure wear to Villa’s senior and academy teams (both men’s and women’s).
In May 2024, Villa announced that German sportswear giant Adidas would take over the kit supplying duties from the 2024/25 season onwards.

The three-year deal entails not only BK8 serving as the front-of-matchday-shirt sponsor for the Villa kits until the end of the 2025–26 season, but also charity undertakings on BK8’s part, with the company having pledged to make a donation to a local Birmingham charity “per adult third shirt sold”.

The London-based trading company signed a multi-year Principal Partnership agreement with AVFC in June 2023, replacing Asian betting brand Kaiyun Sports.
The deal, covering both the men’s and women’s AVFC teams, entails sleeve-sponsorship rights for “all first-team shirts and adult retail shirts”.
The two parties renewed their partnership in May 2024.

Aston University is the Official UK University Partner of Aston Villa FC.
In September 2019, the two partnered up to launch “Villa Vision” — initiated by the Optometry School at Aston University and funded by the Premier League and the Professional Footballers’ Association, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of eye health in schools and community settings.
The online crypto casino and sportsbook was announced as AVFC’s Official European Betting Partner in August 2022, a deal that granted the former pitch-side LED branding rights at Villa Park — home of the Aston Villa senior men’s team.
AVFC signed a multi-year deal with cryptocurrency-based fan engagement platform Socios.com, which is powered by Gzira, Malta-based blockchain fintech provider Chiliz, in August 2021 to launch their own Fan Token.
As the Official Fan Token Partner of the club, Socios.com helps Villa offer their fans a chance to obtain Fan Tokens ($AVL) that will allow them to participate in several club-oriented activities. These Fan Tokens are limited in number and can be bought, sold or won in an augmented reality in-game (“Token Hunt”).
Based out of Brierley Hill, Emmiera Group is a provider of home furnishing repair services. It was announced as an Official Partner of AVFC in July 2022 and kicked off the partnership with a ticket giveaway for Villa fans.
The American energy drinks company was announced as Villa’s Official Energy Drinks Partner in August 2021 on a two-year deal, further strengthening its presence in the British market.
Heineken first partnered with AVFC from 2010 to 2013. The two resumed their partnership when the Dutch brewing company was announced as the club’s Official Beer & Cider Partner in June 2016.
Apart from branding rights, the deal includes pouring rights for Heineken’s leading cider and beer brands at Villa Park. These brands include Strongbow, Bulmers, Heineken® and Foster’s.
The Atlanta, Georgia-based global business payments company was announced as the club’s Official Commercial Foreign Exchange Partner in September 2023.
CMBC was announced as Aston Villa’s Official Lager and Cider Partner in June 2024 in a deal set to kick off from the 2024/25 season onwards.
Athens-based entertainment company Kaizen Gaming and its sports-betting brand Betano announced a partnership agreement with AVFC in April 2024, which made Betano the official front-of-shirt sponsor for the club’s men’s first team and adults replica shirts in a deal set to kick off with the 2024/25 season.
The UK-based charity, supporting children across the West Midlands region and South West England, has been working with AVFC since 2006.
Acorns had its logo featured on the Villa kits between 2008 and 2010. Currently, it has been serving the club as an Official Charity Partner since the 2019–20 season.
The Birmingham-based specialist children’s hospital, along with Acorns Children’s Hospice, was announced as an Official Charity Partner of the club in August 2019.
The deal sees AVFC raise awareness regarding the charities’ work as well as “drive recruitment of volunteers” for them.
