PRINCIPAL PARTNERS
Slice
The Bangalore-based Indian fintech company and “credit card challenger” was announced as a Principal Partner of the MI in January 2020 in a three-year deal reportedly worth ₹100 crore, replacing South Korean tech company SΛMSUNG. As per the deal, Slice serves as the principal MI jersey sponsor, with its logo featuring on the front of all MI matchday shirts.
DHL Express
The German logistics company was roped in by the MI as a Principal Partner and the Official Logistics Partner ahead of IPL 2021. DHL replaced Colors, Viacom18 network’s premium Hindi-language channel, as the main back-of-shirt sponsor on the MI matchday shirt.
ASSOCIATE PARTNERS
Marriott Bonvoy
The loyalty programme of full-service hotels and resorts network Marriott International signed a three-year deal with the MI in September 2020 to become their Associate Partner. Bonvoy provides exclusive offers and unique experience opportunities to the fans, and its logo appears at the front of the MI matchday shirt, in the top left corner.
In March 2022, it was announced that Marriott Bonvoy members would be able to redeem their loyalty points for MI matches throughout IPL 2022, with lucky members also standing a chance to attend a gala dinner with the team.
Reliance Jio
The Mumbai-based Indian telecom giant has maintained a sponsorship deal with all eight teams across the IPL since the 2018 season. For the Mumbai Indians, Jio’s logo can be seen on the sleeves of the team’s matchday shirt. Jio is owned by Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries, which owns the Mumbai-based IPL franchise.
Astral Pipes
The Ahmedabad-headquartered plumbing and drainage systems manufacturer was announced as an Associate Partner of the MI in August 2020.
IDFC FIRST Bank
The Mumbai Indians inked a sponsorship agreement with Indian private sector bank IDFC FIRST Bank in March 2023. As per the terms of the agreement, IDFC FIRST Bank acts as one of the MI’s Associate Partners, while the logo of this Mumbai-based bank can be seen on the upper chest region of their jersey for the 2023 IPL season.

Meesho
The Bangalore-based Indian e-commerce company was announced as the official online shopping partner and the lead trouser branding partner for four IPL teams—the Mumbai Indians, the Rajasthan Royals, the Gujarat Titans, and the Royal Challengers Bangalore—in March 2022 in a deal covering the 2022 season of the Indian Premier League.
Kingfisher
Kingfisher is a long-time sponsor of the Mumbai Indians. Working with the team, Kingfisher creates co-branded promotional content and offers exclusive unique experience opportunities to the MI fans.
Cadbury Dairy Milk
Mondelēz’s famous chocolate confectionary brand became the MI’s Official Goodness Partner in September 2020 and launched the #SayThankYou initiative, via which it aimed to provide health insurance to daily wage earners through an NGO called Nirmana.
Kotak
The Mumbai-headquartered banking products and financial services provider serves as an Official Partner of the MI since September 2020. As part of the deal, Kotak has designed MI-themed debit and credit cards for the team’s supporters.
USHA
The Gurgaon-headquartered household durables firm has been an Official Partner of the MI since May 2014. Ahead of the 2022/23 season, the Mumbai Indians announced an extension of their partnership with Usha International, making it a decade-long association.
Dream11
Apart from being an Official Partner to the IPL itself, the Mumbai-headquartered Indian fantasy sports platform serves as the designated fantasy sports partner to six out of eight teams in the tournament, excluding the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
BKT
Ahead of the 2021 IPL season, Mumbai-based tire manufacturer BKT (Balkrishna Industries Limited) signed a sponsorship deal with seven out of eight teams (excluding the SunRisers Hyderabad) in March 2021 to become their Official Tire Partner.
In March 2022, BKT was confirmed as the MI’s Official Tire Partner for IPL 2022.
Performax
The Reliance-owned Indian sportswear brand has been the official kit supplier to the MI since the 2015 season, when it replaced German sportswear giant Adidas.
ESA (Education and Sports for All)
This Reliance Foundation initiative is aimed at providing quality education and sporting opportunities to children across India. ESA has been supported by the MI since 2010, and its logo can be seen on the sleeves of their matchday shirt.
DNA Networks
The Bangalore-headquartered sports event management company serves as the Official Event Management Agency and Exclusive Commercial Partner to the MI. DNA Networks oversees the team’s events management and their sponsorship activations, both digitally and in-stadia.
Radio City 91.1 FM
Radio City 91.1 FM serves as an Official Radio Partner to the MI since IPL 2012. The partnership has seen the two work on several initiatives and offers fans unique experience opportunities.
Fever 104 FM
The Mumbai chapter of the national radio network has served as an Official Radio Partner to the MI since April 2011. Throughout the course of the deal, Fever has offered MI fans several promotional initiatives and unique fan engagement opportunities.
94.3 MY FM
Part of the Dainik Bhaskar Group, the 2006-launched pan-India radio network was added to the Mumbai Indians sponsorship portfolio as an Official Partner ahead of IPL 2022.
Acko
The Mumbai-headquartered general insurance company joined the MI sponsorship portfolio ahead of the 2021 IPL.
McDowell’s No.1 Soda
The soda offering of United Spirits Limited-manufactured Indian spirit brand McDowell’s No.1 was added to the Mumbai Indians sponsorship portfolio as an Official Partner ahead of IPL 2022.
TeamViewer
The Göppingen-headquartered German tech company was also added to the MI sponsorship portfolio as an Official Partner ahead of IPL 2022.
Bira 91
Beverage brand Bira 91 have signed a multi-year partnership agreement with the Mumbai Indians ahead of the IPL 2023. As per the agreement, Bira 91 will join the team as their Official Partner for the tournament’s 17th edition. Moreover, along with MI, Bira 91 have also signed up with the likes of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
OFFICIAL SUV PARTNER
Mahindra
Mahindra & Mahindra is an Indian multinational automotive manufacturing corporation headquartered in Ludhiana. The automotive company has tied up with the Indian Premier League franchise Mumbai Indians ahead of the 2023 season as MI’s Official SUV Partner. The automotive manufacturer has also signed up with the likes of Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals.
MERCHANDISE PARTNERS
Celio
Celio, or celio*, is a French men’s clothing retailer that has been roped in as one of the MI’s Merchandise Partners ahead of the 2023 IPL season.
The five-time IPL champions re-launched their merchandise shop, “MI Shop”, ahead of the inaugural Women’s Premier League season. Celio, along with other international and local brands, provide premium quality MI apparel and merchandise.
Chupps
The Mumbai Indians have brought Chupps on board as their footwear partner for the 2023 IPL season. Chupps is a footwear start-up in India co-founded by Gaurav Agarwal and Yashesh Mukhi.
Cybeart
As part of a wholesale reshuffle, the MI have also signed Cybeart as one of their Merchandising Partners ahead of the 2023 IPL season. Cybeart is a gaming merchandise company established with a vision to provide all gamers and non-gamers with the most comfortable and premium high-quality products.
EUME
EUME has been roped in as a Merchandise Partner by the Mumbai Indians ahead of the 2023 IPL season. EUME focuses on designing multi-purpose everyday accessories and is to render premium MI-themed backpacks and umbrellas as per its deal with the franchise.
FanCode
FanCode, a multi-sport aggregator platform by Dream Sports, is also a Merchandise Partner of the Mumbai Indians. In 2020, FanCode signed up with six IPL teams—including the Mumbai Indians—to become their merchandise partner.
Plaeto
Plaeto, India’s first D2C foot-health-focused focused footwear brand for children, has also been announced as a Merchandise Partner of the Mumbai Indians ahead of the 2023 IPL season.
PlayR
The Mumbai Indians have announced PlayR as their Official Replica Partner for the 2023 IPL season. PlayR was the MI’s official fan gear partner for 2022. The firm has been providing apparel for the global market as well as equipment and fitness for the domestic and international markets.
Shop The Arena
The MI have also signed up Shop The Arena as a Merchandise Partner ahead of the 2023 IPL season. Shop The Arena is an apparel merchandise brand that aims to bring quality, authentic sports merchandise to sports fans in India. Fans can buy from the website T-shirts, jackets, joggers, and much more for both men and women.
