Red Bull join forces with CDW

Formula One reigning world champions Red Bull Racing have roped in technology solutions provider CDW as an Official Team Partner. The partnership will see CDW provide the team with advanced tools and expertise designed to drive success for the team, both on and off the track. Red Bull will also gain access to CDW's host of products and services along with IT solutions and services, as a part of the agreement. CDW had previously partnered with the team to be the Title Partner of the team's International Women's Day event. Christian Horner, Oracle Red Bull Racing Team Principal and CEO said, "Formula 1 is a technology-driven sport and being able to harness the power of a company like CDW is hugely important. CDW is active in a wide number of areas that are key to the Team’s success and the level of integration they’re able to effect is vital. We are about to embark on a massive new season and the fact that CDW will be helping to drive engagement with Max and Checo’s championship challenge is fantastic news.” Sona Chawla, Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, CDW, spoke about the partnership, commenting, "At CDW, we make technology work so people can do great things. Swiss Formula One team Alfa Romeo have extended their partnership with hyper-realistic metaverse platform, Everdome. The partnership extension will see Everdome provide Alfa Romeo fans with a new digital home with a series of exclusive and immersive experiences and allowing them to get ever closer to the team. Everdome will also continue to create multiple metaverse experiences throughout the ongoing Formula One race calendar. Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Team Representative, commented, "We are delighted to continue our exciting collaboration with Everdome: the interest around the metaverse is quickly rising, and their hyper-realistic approach in creating their metaverse platform fits closely with our ambitions to offer our fans new, immersive, and high-quality experiences, getting them closer to our team. SAUDIA inks deal with Aston Martin F1

The national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, SAUDIA has been announced as the Official Global Airline Partner of the Aston Martin Formula One team following an agreement between both. As part of the deal, SAUDIA have also launched a new global competition which will give fans an exclusive Aston Martin F1 experience at one of the Grand Prix events to which SAUDIA flies. Khaled Tash, SAUDIA Group Chief Marketing Officer, commented, "We are very excited to expand SAUDIA's strategic sports partnership portfolio and announce our most recent collaboration with such a renowned name in the automotive and motorsport industry. Scuderia Ferrari have renewed their partnership with yacht company Riva. The partnership extension will see Riva continue on as an Official Sponsor of the team for the 2023 season. The renewal of the deal will also see the yacht brand's logo continue to appear on the Ferrari race car and also on the race helmets of both Ferrari drivers. Alberto Galassi, CEO, Ferretti Group, said, "Number ones understand each other and teaming up comes naturally to them. Riva and Ferrari are so alike in so many ways, from their supreme style and beauty to their striving for perfection in every detail, that when Charles Leclerc and Carlo Sainz Jr. climb out of their racing cars, they choose our magnificent boats to relax and have fun on. 'In Formula 1 I recognise one of the key factors behind Riva’s success – a fierce determination to keep improving the performance and quality of the product. I see this same mindset in Charles and Carlos, and it’s a pleasure for our brand to be associated with their sporting endeavours.”

Las Vegas Grand Prix partners with Switch

Independent leader in exascale data centre ecosystems, edge data centre designs, industry-leading telecommunications solutions, and next-generation technology innovation, Switch have announced a multi-year partnership with the Las Vegas Grand Prix. The multi-year deal will see the technology infrastructure firm work with the Las Vegas Grand Prix to work towards achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030. Switch will be serving as an Event Partner of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, which will be making its debut in November, 2023.
